Rogue Lobster - Mostly Done Good
Recorded in spring of 2015, Mostly Done Good is folk/americana band Rogue Lobster's second album. Co-produced by Michael Simon and the band, the record was mixed and recorded at Coffee Ring Studios. It also features bass and guitar work by Michael.

Sally Singer Tuttle & Kristen Vining – Daughters of Hanford (NWPR)
Sally Singer Tuttle and Kirsten Vining's engaging musical intro for the Daughters of Hanford segments of the Northwest News Network was recorded by Michael Simon at Whitman College's Chism Hall in spring of 2015. The musical intro is heard before each of the Daughters of Hanford segments on Northwest Public Radio.
Kate Morrison - Petite Bulles
Kate Morrison's jazz-influenced Petite Bulles was recorded in part live at the Gesa Powerhouse Theatre by Coffee Ring Studios's Brian Griffith and Michael Simon. Michael also played upright bass on this collection of reinterpretations.

Bizarre Love Triangle's live-in-studio debut Licks was recorded at Coffee Ring Studios in 2012. The band has been featured on national television.
